My husband and our child are always making crunch chocolates, or gummies, and because of it we have a great selection of silicon molds. It is their favorite activity
only rivaled by eating their creations. We prefer silicone molds because of how easy it is to remove whatever might be in them, and because it gets cool super fast which is very important since our impatient son is only four
years old. This mold can be used in the oven, in the freezer, and also in the dishwasher. The owls are super cute, and their details are picked up by the chocolate very easily. I find this mold beyond adorable, as every owl
shaped cavity is different. I cannot wait to make some frozen treats for the kids play date at our house. There are so many things that this mold can be used for which makes it versatile, and long lasting. The silicone's softness
is what allows for the owls to pop out easily without breaking the design. I recommend placing a baking pan, or similar, under the mold if you need a more stable surface. Also, the easiest way for ice to pop out intact is
to run the bottom of the mold under some running water for a few seconds.

Overall, I can't say enough about how adaptable this mold is, and how charming the owl designs on it are. Owls are a big deal at my household, I even have a design
on my arm with owls that represent our little family. This mold is very easy to work with, and delivers every time regardless if we are making ice cubes, chocolate, or frozen treats. Each owl is a decent size, it is not tiny,
I guess I would call it average size which expands the possibilities of what can be made in it. There are no complaints about this mold from any of us; It works as designed and as expected.
