Let’s start by saying that we got this tripod for our toddler’s phone which is one of our old Galaxy phones which is very light. For his phone the tripod works, it takes
a bit of figuring out but he is a child and loves to proof everyone and everything wrong. He does not care that the button that says “Android” accesses the editing of the photo and does not take the photo, for capturing
an imagine he needs to press the button labeled IOS which for an adult might be confusing but for him its what he knows will work, so again, it does not bother him a bit. If you watch the video you will see and hear that with
a Nexus phone the tripod was very challenging, the phone is heavy and its case a bit bulky. It can work, but it takes patience. Paring the remote to the phone was super easy, like any other Bluetooth paring. The tripod is
very flexible, and seems to be steadier when the legs are bend upwards. We had to adjust the piece that holds the phone because it kept falling but after adjusting it that was fixed. It can be use vertical or horizontal,
and it has rubber feet which is very helpful for some surfaces. Our son uses it mostly to set his phone on the table so he can watch his cartoons without having to hold the phone. The remote control is small, and we think
it feels a bit filmsy but it has endure the roughness of a toddler without any problems.
