We have been decorating our deck with solar strings of LED lights. Until now we had only used color and cool white lights but we wanted to add some warm lighting to an specific
corner or the deck, and this set has been perfect for it. The string is 21 feet long, and has 30 crystal (plastic) balls that resemble ice spheres. Each sphere is sealed which makes this set waterproof and perfect for the
outdoors. It comes with a steak that helps secure the solar panel to the ground if desired. The string have a power button which needs to be pressed for the lights to begin to work, and to charge. It also has 8 different modes,
there is bound to be one for every occasion (Stings are: fading, flashing, running, slow run, steady, twinkling, wave). The solar panel clearly needs to be facing the sun for it to charge. The lights will turn on around sunset,
and go off at sunrise. The lights as a whole provide beautiful ambient or accent lighting. It works as we expected and as it was designed to work, we have no complaints at all.

We want them to stay on one mode (steady), but each time they come on in the evening they are cycling through all eight modes. How do we get them to stay in steady mode?
