I had seen herb scissors but had never bought one before, I don’t know what’s wrong me. This scissors are amazing, and cut my food preparation
time considerably. There is a salad/dip I make out of avocados, tomatoes, and fresh herbs that everyone loves. But every time I make it has to be on the spot to prevent the avocados from changing color, and it can get tedious,
and stressful because there is people around waiting on me. Now with this scissors I can make it way faster, and it even looks prettier as all the herbs and all the other ingredients remain fresh. My husband likes them because
he is always joking that he doesn’t trust me anything sharp as I’m always cutting myself.
This herb scissors have five Stainless Steel blades, and plastic handles that are comfortable. It also comes with a cover for the blades, and
small herb bags. Great quality, and easy on the hands. The scissors are fairly easy to clean by hand; I always pad them completely dry before placing back in a drawer to prolong its life that makes mine so much easier. I have
not found anything I would improve or change about this shears. Now I can spend more time with my guests instead of in the kitchen slicing herbs with a knife.
