After seeing a commercial our toddler kept asking for some quick fill water balloons but we were not sure it actually worked. In fact, we were sure it was another commercial magical moment and that it would not work once we tried it. But at his insistence we decided that if anything, it would be a great experiment. To our surprise, these balloons do fill up in 60 seconds, and are ready to be played with as soon as its done. The process is so simple, and effective that leaves us in awe every time.

This set comes with 148 pre-tied balloons, and a refill of 150 more. The refill kit has 150 balloons, rubber bands for its closure and a tool that helps its preparation. With that said, do not throw away the initial blue, green, pink and red hose attachments as those are reusable, and will be needed for the refill kit. The balloons are biodegradable, and environmentally friendly; No need to pick up after each water battle. It takes indeed about 60 seconds for the balloons to fill up and drop all by itself. It is recommended for the balloons to be dropped into a container with some water in it already.

All in all, we are still impressed by these balloons. The system works, its fast and provides plenty of giggles and laughter. It is perfect for our current heatwave. If it was up to my son we would be filling up balloons all day, every day.
