Our 4 year old was super excited to put together this toy, he wanted to make the car right away. The kit is made out of plastic, and it is pretty
safe for smaller children (under adult supervision, of course). I like buying sets like this that will promote education, and that brings my husband and my child together. While placing the parts they talk, they giggle, and
they learn from each other. Our son was able to follow the easy instructions with some help at moments, but he was very proud that he did most of the work while building his new toy. The plastic tools were definitely the biggest
hit; He even began trying to “fix” his other toys. Also, after some play, he wanted to take it apart so he could do the other design.
All in all, we all love this toy. The face of our son, full of joy, and proud of his accomplishment was beyond what I had expected. The building
challenge him enough, the right amount for him to seek solutions but just enough that it did not frustrate him or made him lose his interest. I do not have any grievances with this toy whatsoever; I would recommend it to anyone
with DIY children; LEGO lovers will also find themselves loving this project as it requires building, following instructions and imagination. My son has already requested that he wants more sets like this one, so be prepare!
