Our toddler can’t wait until its sandbox weather since he noticed his new sand toys set. We do not have any beach close to us but he enjoys the sandbox. Not only does he plays
in the sand during the warm months, but when its cold and snowy he uses his sand toys as “snow toys”. He probably gets to use the toys a lot more as snow toys than regular sand ones. This set is very bright, and sturdy.
It comes in a zippered transparent plastic bag which is perfect storage. It has a 12 inches inflatable ball, 1 red bucket with sifter, one small blue watering can, a rake, a sifter, a shovel, an airplane mold, a train mold,
and lastly, a “Universal Truth Shells” bag of tiny sea shells. My son has been pretend playing with the set around the house, and is very excited about it.
Altogether, it is a cute set for toddlers as the tools are on the small side. The plastic used is very stable, and strong which is great for all the snow play it will see once Winter comes around. The only thing I see as a negative is the bag of tiny shells. The shells are cute, but I find it to be a hazard for small, and curious children. I’m happy that I was able to noticed the bag before my son did, and was able to take it out of the zippered bag. I have kept the shells for decor as I find the tiny shells adorable, just not toddler friendly. I give this set a 4 stars review because of the shells, and the issue I already mentioned about it not being toddler friendly. Otherwise, it is a good set for any child to play with.
