I might be the coolest mom in the neighborhood thanks to the Matana’s Electronic Vortex Shaker Cup. My eat all toddler
suddenly has become a very picky eater, and that has made this mom very creative when it comes to anything that comes from the kitchen. His newest “I don’t like it.” Is milk but he actually does like it. So, I have been
using this mixer cup as a way to get him to drink some milk without any meltdowns. I place less than half of a teaspoon of strawberry powder in his milk, and then allow him to press the button on the mixer; And he can’t
have enough of it. He thinks its the coolest thing ever, and with that I take the win. It all started because he was interested in his father’s protein mixes which obviously a toddler should not drink but now he has his
own special drink which he drinks without a fuss. He is fascinated by the vortex that the mixer creates.
This Electronic Vortex Mixer Cup is very easy to use. Just place two AA batteries (which are not included) in the compartment
which is located at the bottom of the mixer, under the black rubber like cap. After that the mixer is ready; Before it is used for the first time it should be clean with water and soap. This mixer is obviously not dishwasher
safe as it has a battery compartment but it pretty much cleans itself, just add water, some soap and press the mixer button; I repeat the soap twice and usually by then its completely clean. I also recommend to wash it right
away, do not wait until the leftovers inside the cup become solid as it would be harder to clean. The cap of the mixer has rubber around it which makes it leak proof when its on correctly. It comes with easy to follow instructions.
The mixer cup is completely portable but that is a feature that I don’t really use, after the milk is mixed I pour it into a smaller cup to prevent accidents, or a little curious boy pressing the button while drinking it.
Overall, I love this mixer as it works as expected, and allows me to wow my son into drinking milk.
